- Installation Issues — Trouble installing PinPoint to your Slack workspace? Make sure you have admin permissions, then visit our installation page.
- Video Not Detected — Ensure PinPoint is invited to the channel where you shared the
video. Type
@PinPoint helpin Slack for guidance. - Review Link Not Working — Review links expire after a set period. Request a new one by sharing the video again or ask in the original thread.
- Comment Sync Issues — If comments aren't syncing to Slack, check that the bot has the correct permissions. Try removing and re-installing the app.
- Account & Data — To request deletion of your data or export your comments, contact us at the email above.
